The island’s most famous mountain, and one of its most meaningful.
Le Morne Brabant rises 556 m above the south-west lagoon. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site: escaped slaves once took refuge on its slopes and formed a community there. The hike takes you up with a guide, and the views from the top take in the whole peninsula and lagoon.
