How your airport transfer works
Send us your flight number, arrival time and hotel on WhatsApp, by email or with the quote form on any transfer. We confirm the car and the price before you fly. When you land at SSR International Airport, your driver meets you at arrivals and takes you straight to your hotel or villa in a private, air-conditioned car. No shared shuttle, no stops for other guests, no meter running.
Leaving the island? The same works the other way: we pick you up at your hotel and drive you to the airport in time for your flight.
Which car for your group
Every transfer is priced per car, one way, so the price doesn’t change with the number of passengers.
- Standard car: up to 3 passengers with normal luggage.
- Seven-seater: up to 6 passengers, the easy choice for families.
- Minibus: up to 8 passengers, for groups and lots of luggage.
- Luxury car: for honeymoons, anniversaries and arrivals that should feel special.

Every corner of the island
SSR International Airport is in the south-east of Mauritius. Hotels on the east and south coasts are the shortest drives. Grand Baie in the north, and Flic en Flac or Le Morne in the west, take longer, up to about an hour and a half. Wherever you stay, the price is fixed when you book, so there are no surprises at the end of a long flight.

Questions guests ask
How long is the drive from the airport to my hotel?
Up to an hour and a half, depending on where you stay. SSR International Airport is in the south-east, so the east and south coasts are the shortest drives. The north and west take longer.
What if my flight is late?
Send us your flight number when you book. If your flight is delayed, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you can, so we can let your driver know.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car, one way. A standard car takes up to 3 passengers, a seven-seater up to 6 and a minibus up to 8. The price stays the same however many of you travel.
Which car should I book?
Count passengers and big suitcases. Two or three people with normal luggage fit in a standard car. Families and groups with more luggage are more comfortable in a seven-seater or a minibus.
Can you take us back to the airport too?
Yes. Book both ways at once, or send us your departure flight on WhatsApp during your stay.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation charges depend on notice, 5% if more than 30 days before, up to 100% two days or less before, or for a no-show.
