What this website collects
Nothing is stored on this website. The enquiry and booking forms don’t send your details to us or save them anywhere. They build a message and open WhatsApp on your device, and you choose whether to send it.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
When you contact us
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number or email, travel dates, number of guests and hotel. We use it only to answer you and to arrange your booking. We share it only with the suppliers who need it to provide your tour, activity or transfer (for example, a boat operator needs to know how many guests are coming).
WhatsApp is run by Meta and has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we need them for your trip and for our accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email contact@flamboyantmauritius.com. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
